Completely inactionable fetishes are so funny to me. "I wanna be a robot girl and I want you to install a virus on me." Like okay good luck with that.

My favorite set of Color keys I painted for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. I spent 2 years+ on this project and it was an absolute joy. It’s amazing seeing how close Mikros animation got to these paintings with the final shots. Set design is done by Sean Sevestre. I painted these while I was in nyc!
This is the German Expressionist town, there is no anti-homeless architecture here. The park benches are uncomfortably slanted and contorted so as to convey the inherent emotional turmoil that permeates all of reality
I'll say it here rather than burying it in various tags again:
Always remember that the people hoarding the money can make the strike stop at any time.
And they, the studios and streaming services, want you to forget that their profit hoarding is the problem. They're the reason this is happening, not the writers and actors.
You can't see that movie you wanted because a studio is clutching a fistful of nickels. They can afford to pay writers and actors--large collectives of not-famous workers--something even a little bit closer to fairly. But they are determined not to, with the cruelest resolve. An unnamed executive said, and I quote exactly this time, "The endgame is to allow things to drag on until [writers'] union members start losing their apartments and losing their houses."
Get mad that you won't get your movies and shows.
Get mad at the right people.
Workers don't want to be on strike. Most of them depend on the income their labour provides. Strikes are a last resort option when all other bargaining has failed. Not only could the studios stop the strike at any time, they could have stopped it before it ever began. Instead, they offered to buy actors' digital likenesses for a single day's pay.
do me a solid and just reblog this saying what time it is where you are and what you’re thinking about in the tags.
"Friends with benefits" and the benefit is being my friend :)
